Hello friends! Just wanted to share this little video I put together on a day of eating for me + the kids. I get a lot of requests to post exactly what I eat in day and they’re fun to do, but just remember that you should eat the way your body asks you to, not based on what books or blogs or people say they do (me included!). You are truly your best healer. Also, keep in mind that this is just a snapshot and my diet varies day to day, week to week, depending on the season, what’s available, and what my body is asking for.
